Llucmajor Real Estate was founded in 1974. With more than 40 years of history we can proudly affirm that we are part of the history of the Llucmajor real estate sector.

During all these years, we have always characterized ourselves as a small company, where personal and individual treatment with each of our clients is of vital importance. We accompany you throughout the process: local taxes, finance, notary, property registry, etc. In each step you can count on our experience and knowledge of both the real estate sector and the Llucmajor area.

Much more than a real estate agency

Paulien Close is in charge of Llucmajor Real Estate, has been a Surveying Engineer from the University of Utrecht since 1989 and a member of the Association of Real Estate Agents (API). Both Paulien’s technical knowledge and more than 30 years of experience have helped Inmobiliaria Llucmajor not only offer the basic services that any real estate agency can offer, but also advise on the current urban, legal and commercial situation.
